Order Policy

By placing an order and completing payment through Shelby's Kountry Kreations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Order Processing & Turnaround Times

All turnaround times begin once payment has been received in full and all design details, approvals, files, and information required for production have been provided.

Custom Printed Apparel

• Standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days for printed tees - TAT can vary based on an item's manufacturer availability. Any changes or extended TAT outside of dates listed would be communicated to the customer.

 

Embroidery Orders

• Orders with a stitch-ready embroidery file (PES, DST, etc.) have a turnaround time of 5-7 business days.

• Custom embroidery requiring digitizing has a turnaround time of 7–10 business days. Digitizing turnaround is included within the 7–10 business day estimate.

• A one-time digitizing fee may apply for embroidery designs that are not stitch-ready. Digitizing requires a workable Vector file. If you do not have a workable vector of your design/logo - there will be an additional $15 fee to create one to ensure proper digitizing.

• Digitizing TAT is 1-3 BD.

Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.

 

Custom Order Policy

All custom orders are made specifically for each customer and begin production shortly after payment and approval.

Because of the personalized nature of custom products:

• All custom sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selections

  • Customer spelling errors that were approved in proofs

  • Customer-provided artwork issues

  • Color preferences after production

  • Change of mind after production has begun

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.

 

Replacements & Errors

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If an error occurs that is determined to be the fault of Shelby's Kountry Kreations, we will offer a replacement of the affected item.

Examples may include:

• Incorrect design printed or embroidered

• Incorrect garment size shipped compared to the order

• Production defects caused during manufacturing

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and must include photographs of the issue.

Shelby's Kountry Kreations reserves the right to determine whether a replacement is warranted.

Refunds will not be issued for custom products.

 

Design Proofs & Customer Approval

When a proof or mockup is provided:

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, names, colors, sizing, placement, and design details.

• Approval of a proof confirms that all information is correct.

• Shelby's Kountry Kreations is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

 

Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, designs, or images, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to use the artwork, or

• You have permission from the copyright owner to reproduce the artwork.

Shelby's Kountry Kreations is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that may violate intellectual property laws.

 

Colors, Garments & Product Variations

While every effort is made to accurately display product colors:

• Actual garment colors may vary slightly from what appears on screens and mobile devices.

• Minor variations in print placement, garment shade, embroidery placement, and stitching are considered normal and are not defects.

• Apparel brands may occasionally be substituted with a comparable product due to supplier availability.

Customer-Supplied Items:

Customers may provide their own garments or items for personalized production. By providing customer-owned goods, you acknowledge:

• Shelby's Kountry Kreations is not responsible for manufacturer defects in customer-supplied items.

• While every precaution is taken, personalizing apparel carries inherent risks.

• In the rare event an item is damaged during production, liability is limited to the value of the blank item only and does not include consequential damages caused while personalizing.

• We try our best to work with our customers on a case-by-case basis to resolve any concerns fairly for all parties involved. At the end of the day, we want you happy with your personalized product & the quality service we provide & stand by!

Shipping Policy

• Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• Shelby's Kountry Kreations is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Customer order will be held if the additional invoice is not paid.

Local Pickup & Order Abandonment

Local pickup is available in Rockwall, Texas.

• Customers selecting Local Pickup will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of the initial pickup notification unless other arrangements have been made and approved in advance.

• If an order is not picked up within 30 days and no communication has been received from the customer, the order will be considered abandoned. Shelby's Kountry Kreations reserves the right to donate, discard, resell, or otherwise dispose of abandoned items at its discretion.

• No refunds, credits, or replacements will be provided for abandoned orders.

• If you are unable to pick up your order within the 30-day period, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative pickup time. Additional accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

• Customers may also choose to have their order shipped. Shipping costs must be paid in full before the order will be shipped. Please contact us to arrange shipping and receive a shipping invoice.

We want you to get the items you paid for, so please don't leave them on the porch for months thinking they will still be there.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests for order changes must be submitted before production begins.

• Once production has started, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

• Custom orders cannot be canceled after materials have been ordered, designs have been created, digitizing has been completed, or production has begun.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered by these Terms & Conditions.

• In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Shelby's Kountry Kreations reserves the right to provide order records, invoices, proofs, customer communications, tracking information, pickup notifications, social media, and evidence of acceptance of these Terms & Conditions to the payment processor, financial institution, or dispute resolution provider.

• Custom orders that have been produced as approved are not eligible for refunds due to buyer's remorse, changes in preference, failure to review provided proofs, or circumstances beyond Shelby's Kountry Kreations' control.

• Any attempt to reverse payment after a custom order has been completed, shipped, delivered, or made available for pickup WILL result in REFUSAL of future service & you will be reported to local Seller Beware Pages/Groups.

Right to Refuse Service

Shelby's Kountry Kreations reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline artwork that:

• Contains offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content

• Violates copyright or trademark laws

• Conflicts with company policies or values

 

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order and completing/sending payment to Shelby's Kountry Kreations in any acceptable format, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. It is your responsibility to be aware of these Terms & Conditions.
