Custom Gang Sheet printing capabilities are 22" wide X your desired length.

TAT is 24-48hrs if ordered Sunday-Thursday by 8pm. If ordered Friday-Saturday, pickup will be Monday after 3pm.

 

***Preferred gang sheet sizing is 22"x100" or less. Ex: If you are ordering 22"x240" total, you would send qty 2, 22"x100" files, and qty 1, 22"x40". But you would order the full 240" option.

Quantity

    • Set press temp to 315-325 degrees.

    • Pre-press garment to remove any humidity.

    • Use heat tape to secure your print to the garment (this will ensure it won't shirt/lift while pressing.

    • Cover with teflon/parchment paper & press for 10-13 secs.

    • Remove & let completely cool before peeling. 

    • Cold peel slowly to ensure your print is completely adhered to the garment. (If lifting, press again for 8-10 secs, repeat process)

    • Once film is removed, cover with teflon/parchment paper & press again for 10-13 secs.
